• Avoid Agitation: Gently swish the yarn or finished item—do not rub or wring.
• Rinse Thoroughly: In cool water until all soap is removed.
• Dry Flat: Lay the item on a clean towel, reshape, and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Color Care: Hand-dyed yarns may release a small amount of dye during the first wash—this is normal. Wash separately from other items.
• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from moths. Consider using lavender sachets or cedar blocks for added protection.
