Argentine Asado!

The Argentine Asado is a tradition meant to bring friends and family together and spend quality time, sharing laughs, great wine and a variety of meats grilled to perfection over coal.

Mary Raulerson’s husband, Alex, hails from Argentina and he certainly knows what to do with fire and meats. In fact, his family picked him to handle the grilling (much to his father’s chagrin), a duty he has gleefully embraced since his late teens. You could say “Asado” is Alex’s middle name… and just wait until you taste his homemade chimichurri sauce!

This culinary experience, which last about 4 hours, is for a group of up to 6 people and includes 5 different meat courses with delicious sides, amazing chimichurri, wine and dessert. The venue is in Orlando, FL - even if you don't live close by, this is an experience opportunity that seriously warrants some vacation travel!
