Beach House Getaway - Oceanside OR

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and walk out onto the Oregon shore...This is your chance for a relaxing, on-the-beach mini-vacation!

Come spend a weekend -- three days and two nights -- in the quaint village of Oceanside, just a short 90 minutes from Portland.

The beach house is right on the beach, with lawn chairs for you to sit out in the sun and watch the waves or have a glass of wine to enjoy the setting sun. It even has golf clubs and balls that can test your skill to hit shots into the surf! The home is small -- about 620 sf -- but is fully functional to make your weekend enjoyable. There are two bedrooms -- one with a queen-size bed and the second with full+twin bunks. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dining table that seats four. High speed internet is available and in the living room there is comfortable seating around a 55" flatscreen. There are games galore for your festive fun.

The propery is located in the small, quaint village of Oceanside, about nine miles west of Tillamook and about 1 1/2 hours west of Portland. The auction winnner will need to provide their own linens and towels, and they will be expected to leave the home in the same clean condition as when they arrive. The auction winner will coordinate timing with the owner - any time of year is okay and anytime during the week, including weekends, is fine too.
