Handmade Giraffe #1

This giraffe was made by a seamstress in Gesenyi, which is on the western side of Rwanda near Lake Kivu and the border with the Democtratic Republic of Congo. Dina works as a seamstress with an American friend of KCF who has moved to Rwanda and continues to help us in many ways. Dina made this giraffe from the remnants of shirts that she sews and sells. The giraffe is cute, colorful, and a great product of Rwanda!
